Losing My Man Boobs

Slow Motion Belly Slap & Man Boobs

I first developed these unsightly breasts when I was a spotty, fat fifteen year old. They caused me enormous embarrassment when I had to attend school swimming lessons and I vowed never to take my shirt off in public again.

That was more than 30 years ago and I’ve stuck to my vow, until recently. I never took my shirt off, even on the hottest summer days, and I’ve tended to prefer skiing holidays rather than strip off for the beach holidays.

My excess chest flab has meant that I’ve had to miss out on many opportunities. I’ve tried all sorts of diets and specialist exercise regimes but nothing has worked. But it was a skiing accident in Val D’Isere that brought about a huge change in my life.

Luckily it wasn’t a serious accident. I’d torn a ligament in my right knee and this put paid to my skiing holiday. I was so glad that I had some good winter sports insurance as I needed to be brought home straight away.

It was while waiting at the hospital that I managed to have a chat with one of their consultants, an American. It turned out that he was really a plastic surgeon currently on secondment to the hospital where I was treated. He advised me that my condition is called Gynaecomastia and that around 50% or men are effected.

He suggested that I see a specialist in this condition when I returned to London. It was arranged for me to undergo surgery within a month.

Excess glandular tissue was removed from my man boobs during the procedure which lasted around 2 hours. I was required to stay in the private hospital, where treatment was carried out, overnight but was on my feet the following day, impatient to see the results of the plastic surgeons work.

The result is incredible. My man boobs are now completely gone. My chest now looks surprisingly manly and I’m no longer embarrassed to take my shirt off. The removal of my boobs has given me a much needed boost in self confidence and this has helped me to get a lovely new girlfriend and we are now planning a hot holiday in the sun.

I strongle recommend that, when travelling, you always make certain that you have some comprehensice travel insurance and if you have a pre-existing medical condition make certain that you get the right pre-existing medical insurance.
