No More Music Games!
With the soon release of Band Hero coming to the UK on the DS the question that must be asked is are these games getting to much and is there really a demand for them?
When Guitar Hero was first said to be coming on the DS people were actually really looking foward to it because it was a brand new idea and something that no one had dared try before. This game actually came with a lot of problems.
The major problem that this game actually has is that when you are trying to play it the peripherals are not designed very well so it ends up really hurting the hands. Although no one has gone out and proved for a fact that this game will actually damage the hands when you are playing it, if you were to actually play this game for a long period of time the hands really do start to get in a lot of pain. Other problems like not being able to pick a favorite guitar like the Gibson les Paul Custom
When the drum add on came into the game it started to get slightly better as you didnt always have to go around hurting yourself when you played the game, however the add on wasnt needed as you could just use the screen.
With the new update of Band Hero there is still no way at all that you can play it on the DSi, sure you can play the drums but it is the guitar that people are interested in? The only feature that they have added to this new game is the ability to sing and this is not going to please anyone as is likely to annoy them more than anything.
How long is it before they start to introduce silly things like DJ equipment and one of those bass guitar amps.
