So continuing the discussion on are salesmen too aggressive we go on with the one that people seem to be annoyed with the most.
Car Salesmen
A lot of people across the board have stated that they feel that the car salesmen are the worst out there and this is because they just push and push to get the sale. There can really a be a quite a legitimate reason for this I suppose and this is that they can get a lot of money of of selling their cars as they of course get commission.
Although these people are very arrogant you almost go to a place such as this and expect someone like this to turn up Audi R8. Sure people will not actually appreciate being pushed into buying a car but it obviously works in some instances so what is the best way to tell these people that you do not actually need their assistance when you are looking at a car?
Well the first thing to do is politely tell them that you do not need their help and that you will in fact call them over if you actually need help in any details to do with the car.
If they then do still not give up then give them the same warning as the first but let this one be the last. If they then come over to bother you again it gets to the stage where you can have a bit of fun.
Go up to them and shout every single bad word you have ever heard at them, this will allow you to go back at them at a later stage to demand a discount on a car because of the treatment you recieved has a customer. Try to mention quotes you have heard elsewhere to get that bit extra on the discount as every company is looking for a sale in the current climate.
So make sure that when you are getting either a new Audi or one of those used cars that you get the best deal.
