For lunch just try to keep things as normal as possible. Many people think of lunch as a sandwich with an apple, cheese crackers, and a small candy bar. This is a good option.

Dinner is the true test of will, but that doesn’t mean it has to be unpleasant. Just be sure to keep your meat portions small and keep it down to two or three side dishes with a light dessert.

This system over time will help you to lose weight with long term success and help you regain some of the energy lost to poor scheduling.
