Glasgow Airport Customers are Rude and Bad Mannered

A survey of United Kingdom airport staff has concluded that passengers using Glasgow airport in Scotland are among the rudest and worst-mannered in the UK.
A questionnaire sent to over 2000 full-time airport employees asked them questions regarding how well-mannered and courteous their customers generally were. They were asked questions like:
