Those who have played or play Microsofts Xbox 360 will be familiar with the phrase red ring of death. But for those who do not know it, the red ring of death mean the four quarter-circle arcs on the face of the Xbox console which, when glowing red instead of green, indicate something is wrong with the gamebox. Each red arc indicates a different problem, so the trouble could spell something like a simple one like an incorrect connection or a serious total hardware failure. continue reading »
It would seem that Microsoft has released a new version of the 360 that seems to have fixed the problems. The real question that needs to be asked here is, why on earth wasn’t it fixed sooner?

If of course you are looking into sales (which I am not) then Wii comes out on top. However from my opinion (a person who has owned all of the Nintendo Consoles) this has been the worse console that Nintendo have ever made. The question to ask is why? continue reading »
After renting out the new Need for Speed Shift I came back rather impressed. Past additions of the game have been very poor indeed. The last one that was worth a ten minute go was Undercover and that was at best, okay. continue reading »
Now I for one am a big fan of the Xbox 360, it is my favourite console of this generation and this is coming from someone who owns all of the main three as well as the portable ones too. Just because it is my favourite it doesn’t mean that the console itself wasn’t released with some problems that are still perhaps not fixed.
I actually still have my original 20GB console which is of course the first to be released and I somehow managed to get mine on month of release as a Christmas presents with two games. continue reading »
Microsoft’s presentation at E3 really was something special. I was getting a bit bored until my favourite director Spielberg walked onto the stage hinting at a new Microsoft gadget.
MIlo was then showed off to the world by British company Lionhead. The woman playing the game was actually able to hold a conversation with the in game boy and pass objects to him from the real world. continue reading »

This is an argument that has been in debate not just for this generation of games consoles but since the beginning. Is the best consoel going to be Wii, 360 or PS3?
